September 22, 2026 The lab welcomes Samuel Pinna, professor at the Cégep de Gaspé and new PhD student! Samuel will be working in collaboration with Laurent Lamarque (CFS) on assisted migration questions and the TransX network.
 

March 25, 2026 Sandy Grimm successfully defended her master’s thesis. Next step: beginning a PhD at ULaval on the climatic controls of seed production in trees in Quebec.
 

September 19, 2025 Katie Tripp successfully defended her master’s thesis! Next step: heading out West for work.

July 30, 2025 Cédric Albert becomes Dr. Albert! His committee: Dr. Glen Armstrong (UofA), Dr. Chris Hennigar (NRCan), Dr. Mark Sherrard (UNB), Dr. Rafaella Mayrinck (UNB), Dr. Anthony Taylor (UNB), and Loïc D’Orangeville (ULaval).
